Just as our story started, the pair of children that led to the establishment of Sanyuka4Christ MInistries. The major factor being hunger as the two looked hungry, the immediate solution was to provide them with something edible. We moved from just providing food to being able to buy a sacks of maize flour and beans. To cut the long story short, we moved on to a more sustainable solution which was to grow our own food majorly cassava, maize and beans. Upon harvest we would process the yield for a longer term storage. As the number of dependents grew. Resources became scarce and could no longer support the demand and thats how we came up with the idea to call for help in form of donations.
Right after trying to solve the problem of hunger, the next problem being housing. e never had the best but at least we had a roof over our heads. The house was old and small with a rusty roof but using the little funds from donations in the previous cause we were able find a bigger home with a better compound and healthier infrastructure. We’re looking forward to constructing a bigger home with extra amenities and also allow us take on new orphans and children from disgrantled families.
With support from donors we will be able to establish a community of young believers in christ .
With the matter of food and housing seated, we needed to take the children to school, I was able to take them to school, but I can assure it was not that suitable. Over the past years Sanyuka4Christ Ministries has benn striving toward easing the problem of inaccessibilty to education to orphans and financially incompetent families.
This has been executed through paying school fees, raising scholarstic materials and other welfare neccesities. thats is to say, uniforms, shoes
With hunger, housing and education curbed, the other concern was their health. To complete the cycle of children core welfare, we had to make sure the are taken in for treatment and make sure they are health. In our country, this is one of the most expensive social service but luckily enough we’ve had access to a few medical supplies from well-wishers however given the fact of life being recurrent, the occurrence of sickness in humans never ceases. We’re looking forward to establishing a medical facility within our compound.
Our hope is in Jesus christ leading donors to our cause, It’s been by God’s grace that we have made it this far and we continue to pray that more capable join our cause and that what ever positive speculation we’ve had.
